A visit to see the accessories at the newly launched Old Soul, New Heart will have you feeling like a kid in a candy store. Mother/daughter team Shea and Tamara create each piece by hand from materials they source from estate sales, vintage shops, and beyond. They've done such a great job! I love their aesthetic and am especially smitten with the pieces that involve vintage chains and bowties (like this and this). Ooo...and this belt is calling my name too! Can't you just see a bride or her bridesmaids wearing their pieces as well! Too good!

I can't remember where I first spotted the work of Australian artist Amy a.k.a. Vanilla Bug. It could of been through flickr, in her etsy or big cartel shops, or maybe it was her blog or portfolio (she's a busy lady isn't she) that first caught my eye...but whatever the case may be, it was truly love at first sight.

I spotted the wonderful work of Fréya Art & Design on etsy's front page the other day and immediately had to look through her entire shop of beautiful worded and sweetly illustrated prints. I'm especially enamored with the adorable snail print and think that I might buy it to hang in my new home once we move. They all would make such meaningful gifts for those special someones in our lives...don't you agree?!
I heard from Shelly of Bowl Full of Lemons this weekend and I was immediately taken with the wonderful offerings in her shop. Such bright cheery colors and lovely patterns. I'm thinking this just might be my one stop Mother's Day gift shop. You can read Shelly's blog right here. xox Ez

Mignon Khargie and Tom Fowler are the creative duo behind zand2ohs (it spells "zoo"). There illustrative work has graced the pages of numerous magazines but it's their animal illustrations that I'm especially fond of.
They seam the perfect herald to Spring's arrival. Don't you think? Plus anyone that can make mosquitoes look sweet and frame-worthy is golden in my book!

The sweet playful feel of Lisa Jones' work along with her careful attention to detail (and a recycled line of cards and gift wrap too) has made her an instant favorite of mine. She also ships worldwide which makes me super happy.
